The UK, after a dry March and much of April had a pretty wet spell during May. The wettest period was around 11-12th. when I recorded 23mm of rain. There was another damp spell on 24-25th. with 11mm rain. Here you can see the frontal systems responsible having cleared the UK and moving out into the North Sea. The UK is a little left of centre, and there is quite a showery area over Scotland. Eastern England is clearing, but more rain is approaching from the south-west.
